Changes or Cancellations


If you wish to change or cancel an order contact our Customer Service team on 0844 248 4748 any time between 9.00am and 5.00pm – Monday to Friday.

Please reference your order number and date order was placed.

If your products have already been delivered, then you will need to follow our returns authorisation process below.


Returning goods


We always hope you are happy with your purchase, however if you wish to return an item we will be happy to refund in full or exchange, providing the item is in full resaleable condition.

Returns should be made within reasonable time (within 30 days of date of delivery) and in original undamaged packaging.

Should goods be delivered faulty, incorrect or damaged, please report to us immediately and confirm in writing within 3 days of delivery.

Please note items ordered incorrectly through customers own error may incur a charge for collection which will be deducted from the refund total.

Exclusions to the above returns procedure include Catering Equipment, Cleaning Machinery and items specifically purchased to order where we may require the manufacturers agreement to return, these items may be subject to a restocking charge and must be returned in their original packaging together will all manuals and accessories.

For all items, a credit will only be honoured once the goods have been received and inspected by M&D Cleaning Supplies Ltd.

If the items are deemed used or unsaleable, a credit will not be issued and the goods will be returned to the customer.
